Rooted Leadership

Kristen helps nonprofits, churches, and mission-driven teams find what is holding important work back and build a practical way forward.

She brings nearly a decade of church and community staff leadership: change management, restructuring, volunteer systems, and partnerships. She designs the plan, writes the playbooks, and trains your leaders to run it.

Every engagement ends with a playbook your team owns: the documents, roles, and rhythms that let the work continue without her.
