Ways to Work Together

Some challenges need one clear decision. Others need a defined project or steady part-time leadership. Choose the support that fits yours.

Three paths, one method

Choose the Level of Support

01

A focused start

Clarity Session

90 minutes · $249

The $249 fee is credited toward a larger engagement when you confirm in writing within 30 days. The credit is held up to 60 days if the contract is in progress.

Ninety minutes to name the real constraint and determine the right next step. The decision maker should attend.

Best when

The problem is real, but the right scope is not yet clear.

You leave with
  • A clearly named constraint
  • A written one-page summary
  • A practical recommendation for what to do next

Ongoing support

Fractional Leadership

From $3,500 per month*

Operations and change leadership, starting at about five hours a week, while the structure changes and the work keeps moving. One client at a time.

Best when

The work crosses functions and needs steady leadership through a season of change, and you do not need a full-time hire.

You leave with
  • A steady leadership rhythm
  • Playbooks and SOPs your team owns
  • A durable handoff

What each side carries

Who Does What

Kristen

Diagnosis, design, written plans, playbooks and SOPs, training, coaching, and weekly check-ins during rollout.

Your Team

A named project owner, a decision maker, staff time, and the day-to-day work. Your people carry the work so it lasts.

Not Included

Supervising staff, running daily operations, HR, finance, legal, or fundraising work, and creative or marketing production.

Every engagement ends with a playbook your team owns: the documents, roles, and rhythms that let the work continue without Kristen.
