Using Sycamore North
Information presented on this website describes the general nature of Sycamore North’s consulting and fractional leadership services. It does not create a consulting relationship or guarantee that Sycamore North will accept a particular engagement.
Consulting services are governed by a separate written agreement describing the scope, responsibilities, fees, schedule, confidentiality requirements, and other terms applicable to the engagement. If that agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the written service agreement controls.
Products and ownership
Digital products are licensed, not sold with unrestricted ownership rights.
Each product page will identify whether the product includes an individual license or an organizational license.
An individual license permits the purchaser to use the product for their own work. The purchaser may not share, distribute, reproduce, resell, sublicense, publish, or make the product available to another person or organization unless the product page expressly permits it.

Purchases
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot ordinarily be returned, digital-product purchases are final.
Sycamore North will address duplicate charges, inaccessible or corrupted files, and other verified technical delivery problems. Contact Sycamore North promptly if you experience a problem accessing a purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or remedy required by applicable law. The final-sale policy will also be displayed clearly before payment.
